Terms and Conditions:

1. THAT, the first party hereby appoint Second Party for sale/ market / distribute their products in assigned territory decided and consented by Super Stockist.

2. THAT, relationship between the parties shall be of Seller and Buyer and not Principle and Agent.

3. THAT, the Distributor shall have a required area of minimum 200 Sq.ft. Shop to start a business. All relevent expenses on the safe storage of the goods will be taken care by the Distributor.

4. THAT, the Distributor shall place the order to Super Stockist.

5. THAT, the Transportation cost shall be borne by the Super Stockist himself to deliver the goods as per the oder of Distributor. Delivery of goods will be delivered by Super Stockist to the distributor. That, Retailers of the area will place his order to the Distributor and the transportation cost shall be borne by the Distributor himself to Deliver the goods as per order of Retailer. Delivery of goods will be delivered by the distributor.

6. THAT, the Distributor shall ensure safe and sound custody of goods, so that the goods may not be damaged or stolen.

7. Marketing -

      THAT, First Party i.e Xllent Retailers will provide all the marketing related tools like catalogue, Leaflets, Posters, Pamphlets, Banners, etc. and will also publish same on Electronic Media, Social Media etc.
